Provide labor and materials to intercept supply and return lines and retrofit lines into (1) new containment sumps installing ball valves on each line on north tank only 4. Provide labor and materials to install (1) 2" ball valve on other tank return line for isolation purposes 5. Provide labor and materials to install an uncontained access port over south tank return line ball valve 6. Provide labor and materials to remove and plug old existing copper tube tank monitor bung 7. Provide labor to air test lines after retrofit 8. Provide electrician to disconnect, remove, and reinstall conduit and wire and relocate. One conduit in containment sump for leak sensor and extend one conduit out of sump to 3" tank top riser for level gauge 9. Provide technician to reprogram and restart up tank monitor 10. Provide labor and equipment to backfill, compact, and prep area over top of tanks replacing with clean pea gravel fill material 11. Provide clean wash pea gravel to back fill and cover lines and tanks 12. Provide city of Tukwilla fire permit 13. The UST sump riser and riser reducer shall provide an open piping termination and inspection/service area that is non -permeable to hydrocarbons, compatible with all fuel blends, and will not hold a static electrical charge. The sump system shall contain environmentally hazardous fluids that might leak from piping terminations, fittings and flex -hoses contained within the sump, require no internal back -fill or bracing and be self supporting. The sump shall be manufactured by Western Fiberglass, Inc. System Specifications 1.01 System Suitability The Tank Sump Riser Tube and Riser Reducer Assembly shall: A. Attach to the UST manway, bung fitting or containment collar to prevent the intrusion of ground water into the sump assembly. B. Be of sufficient size to allow all piping termination's, fittings, equipment, and flex -hoses to be contained within the Sump Assembly. C. Provide ample area to allow servicing and inspection of all piping termination's, fittings, equipment, and flex -hoses within the Sump Assembly. D. Contain any release of environmental contaminates from the tank fittings and equipment contained within the Sump Assembly. E. Provide an interface to the access "street" manway system with sealed water tight or friction "lift -lid" Tank Sump Riser Tube Reducer Assembly. F. Be available as a U.L. Listed device if required. 1.02 Construction Specifications A. Meet or exceed United States National Bureau of Standards PS 15-69 for Custom Contact -Molded Reinforced -Polyester Chemical -Resistant Process Equipment or U.L. Listing if applicable. B. Be constructed of materials that are not harmful to the environment. C. Be non -permeable to the hydrocarbons and not weakened by exposure to these materials. D. Be suitable for petroleum products and blends including methanol and ethyl alcohol mixtures. E. Have a thirty (30) year warranty against corrosion. 1.03 Release Monitoring System shall: A. Allow full visual and physical access/inspection of all piping reductions, fittings, hoses, and equipment. B. Provide a monitor point for electric monitoring and evacuation of fluids. 1.04 Piping Penetrations A.
