By virtue of The Provisions of the International Fire Code adopted by City of Tukwila Ordinance,

opinion, such that the intent of the Ordinance can be observed, authority is hereby given and the

per Chapter 57, sec. 5704.3.2 thru 5704.3.2.2 of International Fire Code 105.6.16. *For the storage and
use of LP -gas and operation of cargo tankers that transport LP -gas per Chapter 61 of International Fire
Code 105.6.27. *To conduct hot work per Chapter 35 of International Fire Code 105.6.23. *To conduct
a spraying or dipping operation utilizing flammable or combustible liquids or the application of
combustible powders per Chapter 24 of International Fire Code 105.6.41. *To use a building or portion
thereof as a high -piled storage area exceeding 500 square feet (46m2) per Chapter 32 of International
Fire Code 105.6.22. *To store, transport on site, dispense, use or handle at normal temperatures and
pressures compressed gases in excess of the amounts listed in Table #105.6.8 per Chapter 53 of
International Fire Code 105.6.8. *To produce, store or handle cryogenic fluids in excess of the amounts
listed in table #105.6.10 per Chapter 55 of International Fire Code 105.6.10. *To operate an industrial
