We hereby propose to perform the following Scope of Work:
TANK REMOVAL - SCOPE OF WORK
1. Notify the Department of Ecology 30 days prior to removal.
2. Obtain the fire department tank removal permit.
3. Inert the tanks with Co2 and certify for removal.
4. Call utility location 48 hours prior to excavation.
5. Excavate and remove the tanks, piping and pumps.
6. Backfill the hole with pitrun.
7. Patch the hole with crushed rock.
8. Dispose of the tanks and provide disposal records.
9. Provide the paperwork obtained during the removal process.
10. Contract\proposal is based on the tanks being empty.
11. Contract\proposal is based on the product type being as
indicated above.
