Dear Mr. Ray:
The underground storage tanks included in the permits listed above
were removed 5/14/91. GeoEngineers, Inc. was contracted to provide
soil testing as required per all local, state and federal
regulations. Soil from the excavations that required remediation
was stockpiled on site for disposal at Kitsap County Landfill. We
have a verbal verification that the stockpiled soils can be removed
from the site and deposited at the landfill. A copy of the final
written report prepared by GeoEngineers will be forwarded to you
as soon as it is received by my office.
