O AT E: August 14, 1990
On August 9, 1990, this office received the requested results of the
soils analysis taken at 14211 Interurban Avenue South tank removal
site.
All total petroleum hydrocarbons, p.p.m. (TPH) fell within E.P.A.
guidelines.
There is no longer any reason to hold the bond.

Tank Removal at 14211 Interurban Avenue South
March 27, 1990
The tank was physically removed from this address on or before
January 30, 1989. There was the odor of gas in the hole. A soil
test was conducted, but the results of that test were never returned
to the fire department. Before releasing the bond, you may want to obtain
copy of that report.
