tank per 105.7.8 of the International Fire Code*
This PERMIT is issued and accepted on condition that all Ordinance provisions now adopted, or that may hereafter be adopted, shall be complied with.
THIS PERMIT IS VALID FOR -Ninety Days -
This permit does not take the place of any License
required by law and is not transferable. Any change in
use or occunancv of premises shall reauire a new nermit.

105.7.8.
Installation of aboveground tanks shall be limited to. MIC/H, MIC/L LI and C/LI zones.
You will need to submit the following:
1. Two scaled site plans showing property lines, building location(s), storm drain
location(s), public access, vehicular damage protection, proposed screening and
containment must be submitted for review prior to. approval.
