Call to Order
Council President Delostrinos Johnson called the meeting to order and made opening remarks.
Facilitator Remarks
Ms. Campbell presented an overview of interviews and outcomes of the 2023 City Council retreat.
Proposed Agreements
Councilmembers discussed proposed working agreements regarding working with staff as well as
with each other and as part of the group.
Next Steps
Staff will summarize Councilmember input on the proposed agreements and create a draft
document to present to the Finance and Governance Committee for further review.
