ORDINANCE ANNEXING PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
NORTHERN PART OF THE CITY ON THE WEST SIDE
OF INTERSTATE 5 AND ADJACENT TO SOUTH 134TH
STREET.

WHEREAS, Ramon and Almire Bradley, sole owners of
real property adjoining the City of Tukwila, have petitioned
the City for annexation of their property to the City of Tukwila,
and;
WHEREAS, the Tukwila City Council, did during a public
hearing held on May 16, 1977, approve said annexation, and;
WHEREAS, the King County Boundary Review Board has
approved the annexation.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That on the effective date of this Ordinance
the following described property shall be annexed to and become a
part of the City of Tukwila, said property being located in the
north end of the City adjacent to South 134th Street and being
legally described as follows:
That portion of Tract 14 of Fostoria Garden. Tracts
recorded in Vol. 9 of Plats, page 95 Records of King
County, Washington described as follows:
The Northeasterly 252 feet of the Northwesterly 1.00
Acre of the Southeasterly 1.86 Acre; Also the North-
westerly 10 feet of the Northeasterly 119.11 feet of
the Southeasterly .86 Acre.
Section 2. The City has no comprehensive land use
plan affecting the newly annexed area.
Section 3. That in accordance with Section 7 of the
petition for annexation, the newly annexed area shall assume and
bear its proportionate share of the unpaid balance on the existing
indebtedness of the City of Tukwila.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect five
days after the date of publication, at which time the area
hereby annexed shall become a part of the City of Tukwila.
Section 5. The City Clerk is directed to file a
certified copy of this ordinance with the King County Council.
