BACKGROUND The Small Drainage Program constructs drainage projects throughout the City that are too large for City staff to complete but are smaller than a typical Capital Improvement Project. DISCUSSION The Notice to Proceed for Contract Number 22-070 with Titan Earthwork, LLC was issued on June 28, 2022, and construction was physically completed on October 13, 2022. The 2022 Annual Small Drainage Program provided drainage improvements at these three locations: • 37th Ave S (S 126th St — S 128th St) • 48th Ave S (S 124th St — S 122"d St) • 49th Ave S (S 124th St — S 122"d St) FINANCIAL IMPACT The original contract amount was $547,980.00, and the 2022 Small Drainage work came in under budget at $452,790.06. A retainage of $22,639.50 is being held for this project. All project costs are covered by the surface water utility fund.
