SUBJECT: NC Machinery Building Permit
As the subject site is adjacent to the Green River, Provisions
of the Shoreline Management Permit System would normally apply
in this case. However, As construction of the original project
predated the Shoreline Management Act, I believe that section
WAC 173 -14 -064 (2b) will allow issuance of a building permit
without SMP review IF the proposed shed is attached to and made
an integral part o�ht e building to which it is adjacent. I
will sign the plan set,therefore, with the stipulation that
the 5 setback on the South side of the shed be reduced to 0
and that the shed be connected to the existing main building.
