CITY of TUKWILA
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
PROVIDING FOR THE APPROPRIATION AND TRANSFER OF
FUNDS AND, AMENDING 1977 BUDGET ORDINANCE NO. 1002.
WHEREAS, the terms of the labor contract agreements negotiated
with the Tukwila Police Officers' Association and Teamsters Local Union No. 763
were accepted, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1019 was adopted increasing wages for
the non -union employees of the City, and
WHEREAS, the City desires to provide Meals -on- Wheels for
qualified persons, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to establish line item 004.514.21.31
(Professional Services) in the City Clerk Budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Tukwila,
Washington, do ordain as follows:
The 1977 Annual Budget of the City of Tukwila, as adopted
by Ordinance No. 1002 is amended to include transfers of funds between
the following accounts: (Work sheets attached as reference)
