Overview
•Launched in 2019 by Port
Commission to develop equity-based
partnerships with near-airport
communities
•The three programs are:
–WMBE/Small Business Support
–Economic Recovery Grants
–Environmental Grants (EGP)
•EGP is awarding 5 organizations
this year for Cycle 3 funding

•Projects must take place on public
property in Burien, SeaTac, Des
Moines, Federal Way, Normandy
Park, or Tukwila
•$20,000 annual project cap
•Multi-year funding for $60,000 over
3 years
•Required 3:1 Match
