West on a curve 150.00 feet distant from and parallel with the
ceniterline of the said Duwamish Renton Junction Road a distance
of 835.00 feet to a point which bears North.81 °44 east a
distance of 199.17 feet from a monumnet 'Hub' at the end of a
course on the centerline of said Duwamish Renton Junction Road,
said end of curve being approximately 1200 feet North and 440
