AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA AMENDING SECTION 1
OF ORDINANCE NO. 945 AND SECTION 8.04.520 OF THE TUKWILA
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES IN PUBLIC PLACES.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA AMENDING SECTION 1
OF ORDINANCE NO. 945 AND SECTION 8.04.520 OF THE TUKWILA
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES IN PUBLIC PLACES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 945 and Section 8.04.520 of
the Tukwila Municipal Code be amended as follows:
Section 8.04.520 Alcoholic beverage consumption in public place
unlawful. Exeept- w}thil9- the -Tukw4 a -G4ty- Parks It shall be unlawful for
any person to open a package containing alcoholic beverage, or consume
alcoholic beverage on public school grounds, on any property owned, operated
or leased by the City of Tukwila or in any other public place. Every
person who violates any provision of this section shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor and on conviction thereof shall be fined not more than one
hundred dollars.
