REPEALED BY 1094
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A SALARY AND WAGE PLAN FOR
THE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA.
Mayor
WHEREAS, the employees of the City of Tukwila have desired
the implementation of a Salary Plan.
WHEREAS, the Tukwila City Council has revised the plan as
presented and find it satisfactory,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Tukwila,
Washington, do ordain as follows:
Section 1. The Salary Grades, attached as reference, are
hereby established. (Attachment A)
Section 2. The Salary Grades become effective on January 1,
1977. All raises exceeding 10 percent will be granted in two stages
10 percent effective January 1, 1977, and the balance effective
July 1, 1977.
Section 3. All employees will be placed in Step 1 of the Plan.
Section 4. The Salary Schedule, outlining proposed step
increases for each individual grade, attached as reference, is hereby
established. (Attachment B)
Section 5. The Salary Grades indicated in the attachments of this
ordinance shall not contravene any existing negotiated wage agreements.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
and approved by the Mayor at a regular meeting thereof, this /A; 46
