Our office has reviewed and approved the plan set submitted for build
inj permit approval for the Record Stationery project.. The following
stipulations pertain to our authorization of permit,approval:.
1) Within 30 days of the effective date of the building
permit, a project landscape plan must be approved by
staff. The landscape plan approved by the Board of
Architectural Review should be changed to include taller-
growth habit evergreens adjacent to the west elevation,
and a 5' wide planter strip adjoining the south edge,
of the building.
2) ,Within the same 30 -day period, obtain staff approval
of the location for, and elevation drawings of, a
i
trash enclosure facility.

Dear Mr. Griffin:
The review if the site plans A.0 and A.1 has been provided by the
Public Works Department with the following comments:
Required permits by this department to be applied for and obtained
24 -hours prior to construction are as follows:
Hauling Hauling permits must be applied for when any hauling
is done on City streets. A.$2,OOO.bond must be posted along with
a copy of the hauler's certificate of insurance. Permit fee is
$25.00 unless the hauler has a City Business License where the
fee is waived.
Sanitary Side Sewer All buildings.under 30,000 square feet
have a permit fee of $150.00 per connection; $20.00 for inspection
for a total permit fee of $170.00.
Curb Cut /Access /Sidewalk Provide sidewalk per sidewalk ordinance
and City of Tukwila Standard Plan.(enclosed). Street. Use Permit fee $25.00.
Storm Drainage /Retention Street Use Permit.$25.00.'
Domestic Water 2" meter $1400.00 deposit. Revise. 1" galvanized
iron water line service to 2 This is required for hose cabinets for
fire protection. (see page A.1)
Fire Protection Sprinkler (future plan submittal) Fire services shall
be provided per the requirements of insurance underwriters and the
Tukwila Fire Department prior to Public Works approval. Per Tukwila
Municipal Code 14.04.250, fire protection sprinklers must be separately
metered from domestic water meter. Fee based on size of meter. Fire
Protection Sprinkler Street Use Permit $25.00.
