AN ORDINANCE REVISING SECTION 7 OF ORDINANCE NO 196
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, THAT SECTION 7 OF ORDINANCE NO. 196
BE REVISED TO READ AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 7. No service connection less than three- fourths(3 /4)
inches in size shall be installed. The fees for the installation
of water service as hereinbefore provided shall be as follows:
For a three- fourths(3 /4) inch connection. 60.00.
For larger connections the actual cost of the material and labor i
involved in the installation will be charged.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, signing and posting as provided by law.
PASSED the Town Council and approved by the Mayor this 4th day
of June 1951
