Dear Mr. Bartley: Site plan #2 of 6 has been reviewed and approved per the following comments and conditions. The developer shall be required to obtain the following permits by this department 24 -hours prior to construction: Hauling Hauling permits must be applied for when any hauling is done on City streets. A $2,000 bond must be posted along with a copy of the hauler's certificate of insurance. Permit fee is $25.00 unless the hauler has a City Business License where the fee is waived. Curb Cut /Access /Sidewalk Provide minimum 5 l.f. curb return radii. Provide sidewalk at width designated (5 per sidewalk ordinance and City of Tukwila Standard Plan. Curb apron is required at all entrances per City of Tukwila Standard Plana Permit fee $25.00. Storm Drainage All private property shall drain into underground storm system. Provide access structures (ie, catch basins /clean outs) at all entrances to buildings and horizontal and /or vertical bends in storm sewer lines. A minimum 0.5% grade shall be provided for all storm drains and side drains. Provide storm drain plan indicating how drainage will enter the public ditch /storm system for Public Works Department approval prior to application for storm drain permit. Permit fee $25.00. Domestic Water Meter Water meters shall be provided in the public right of -way, preferably at the property line or in easements. Separate water service from electrical /phone:to avoid`.cotrosion of pipe. Permit fee $325.00 (3/4" service /meter is normally sufficient for a single family dwelling unit.)
