In reviewing the,above mentioned project plans, please
note the following items:,
1. Per UFC Section 12.113(b), at every required
exit doorway, and wherever otherwise required
to clearly indicate the direction of egress,
an EXIT sign with letters at least six inches
high and readily distinguishable shall be
maintained.
2. Maintain sprinkler protection for all enclosed
areas.
All modifications "to sprinkler systems shall
have the written approval of the Washingaton
Surveying Rating Bureau; -then of the Tukwila
Fire Department. No work shall commence without,.
approved drawings.
Please include these comments in,your review of the above
mentioned project.
