Per UFC Section 12.104(b), EXIT doors shall be openable from the inside without the use of a key or any special knowledge or effort. 2. Per UFC Section 12.113(b), at every required exit doorway, and wherever otherwise required to clearly indicate the direction of egress, an EXIT sign with letters at least six inches high and readily distinguishable shall be maintained. 3. Walls are to be fire stopped per UBC Section 2517(f) 4. Maintain sprinkler protection for all enclosed areas. 5. One dry chemical fire extinguisher rated 2 -A, 10 B:C is required.
