district. In this district, Board of Architectural Review approval of

exterior modification permits is mandatory per Section 18.32.040 of
the Tukwila Municipal Code.
Staff does have some administriative latitude to approve minor changes
to the exterior of buildings in the C -M district without B.A.R. consent.
Please furnish us with one set of elevation drawings.for the south and,
west sides of. the building depicting the proposed. roll -up door modifi-
cations. We shall use that drawing to determine "if B.A.R. review is
needed, or if administrative permit approval will suffice.
