Schwindt 14201- 56th Avenue South Tukwila, WA 98188 Re: Single Family Residence at 5615 S. 141st Street Dear Mr. Schwindt: The site plan for the above project has been reviewed and approved per the following comments and conditions. The contractor shall be required to obtain the following permits by this department 24 -hours prior to construction: Curb Cut /Access /Sidewalk Provide minimum 5 l.f. curb return radii. Provide sidewalk at width designated (5 per sidewalk ordinance and City of Tukwila Standard Plan. Curb apron is required at all entrances per City of Tukwila Standard Plan. Permit fee $25.00. Domestic Water Meter Water meters shall be provided in the public right of -way, perferably at the property line or in easements. 'Separate water service from electrical /phone to avoid corrosion of pipe. Permit fee $325.00 for a 3/4" service /meter. This permit covers installation by the City of the line from the main to and including the water meter. Sanitary Side Sewer Sanitary sewers shall be of concrete or P.V.C. (schedule 35 minimum with Class B bedding or better). Provide cleanouts at all entrances to buildings and horizontal and vertical bends in sanitary sewer lines. Sanitary sewer permit fee $30.00. All pipe shall be constructed with a minimum Class B bedding. Provide all pipes with 12" minimum cover.
