WASHINGTON
ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION(S) AND TRANSFER(S)
OF FUNDS, AMENDING BUDGET ORDINANCE NO. 957 AND
CLOSING FIRE STATION CONSTRUCTION FUND.
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila, Washington, has heretofore received certain
excess revenues in excess of estimated revenues for the calendar year 1976,
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and advisable to appropriate and transfer from
such excess revenue into the belowmentioned fund(s) and such appropriation
being necessary and in the public interest and for the public benefit,
NOW THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The City Clerk and City Treasurer are hereby authorized and
directed to provide for the following appropriation(s) and transfer(s):
APPROPRIATE: Unanticipated revenue General Sales Use Tax
Revenue Acct: 000/351.00 Court 2,298.20
Budget Acct: 002/512.70.11 Salaries Wages 802.70
002/512.70.11.01 Extra Labor 156.00
002/512.70.31 Professional Services 1,339.50
APPROPRIATE: Unanticipated revenue General Sales Use Tax
Revenue Acct: 000/313.00 146.375.00
Budget Acct: 006/515.20.31.02 Other Legal 5,000.00
009 /519.90.42 Miscellaneous 36,375.00
015/533.20.31 Professional Services 5,000.00
And, Closing the Fire Station Construction Fund
From: 307/522.50.65 Fire Station Construction Fund 769.52
To: 011/522.10.38 Repair and Maintenance 769.52
And, declaring an emergency.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall be effective upon its passage, approval and
five days after its publication, unless otherwise provided for hereinabove.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, at a regular
