Box 158 Auburn, WA 98002 Re: Lincoln Mercury Dealership S. 158th St. SR181 Dear Mr. Mabus: The Public Works Department has reviewed the attached Drawing #1 (Job #8102) and approved this plan per the following comments: 1) 24 -hours prior to beginning construction on the planters and trees, the contractor shall apply for a street -use permit (permit fee $25.00). 2) The planters shall be provided in such a manner as to meet minimum driveway width (30 l.f.) and curb return radii requirements (20 l.f.).and street intersection curb radius requirements (30 l.f.) for the existing entrance at the southwest corner of the property. Additional striping or curbing to identify channelization of the public traveled thoroughfare shall also be required, if considered appropriate, by the field inspector. 3) Prior to issuance of a street use permit for the construction of the planter barriers and trees, a Developer's Agreement, recorded in King County and filed with the Tukwila City Clerk and Public Works Department, shall be provided by the owner of the property. The Developer's Agreement shall include the following: Upon written request by the City, the owner of (provide legal property description and address) shall immediately remove, relocate, modify, the planters allowed in the public right -of -way and restore property to its original condition. Also, upon written request by the City, the property owner shall immediately prune trees or plantings or remove dead trees or plantings in the public right -of -way, to the satisfaction of the Public Works Director.
