The recessed meeting of the•, ukc�rila City Council was called to order by the
Mayor, Charles 0. Baker: At'w ich time Mayor Baker congratulated the new Mayor
and councilmen on their recent election. Councilmen present were, Stan Minkler
A.G. Radford, R.K. Doyle, E.W. Ives, Jerry Hamilton, Bill Aliment and Richard A.

Mr. Minkler read arecomendation from the Planning Commission regarding the erection
of a new sign for the Flying "A" Service Station Mr. Ives moved that council
grant permission for the sign, seconded by Mr. Hamilton and carried.
Robert Wing, of Puget Western discussed with council the re- zoning of certian
property, the chief concern here is the amount of water run off, az the result of
the propmed r.e zone
Mr. Benson and Mr. Sipe representing the McMicken Heights Community Club were
seated at the council table to discuss certian changes they are proposing to
make in their water system, this will directly affect certain portions of the
city of Tukwila.
Mr. Zepp was requested to work with Mr. B enson and Mr. Sipe on the above mentioned
project.
Mr. Hanson discussed with council the zoning and streets of the newly annexed
property. A R -4 zoning is desired for that area
Mr. Radford and Mr. Hamilton will meet with Mr. Hanson to work on this.
Mr. Howard Harstad, of HarstadAssociates discussed with council the pavement
repair and payment of same to Shoreline Construction Company.
Mr. Radford read a letter from Puget Western in regard to the above mentioned
pavement repairs, a letter received from Deihl was also read mn this same
subject of pvemnet repair payment.
Mr. Hamilton moved that Shoreline Construction Company be paid in conjunction 1
to their repair agreement. Seconded by Mr. Doyle and carried.
Mr. Hamilton moved that council adjourn, seconded by Mr. Doyle and carried
