Leased Premises Building 377
Dear Mr. Harlan:
I am replying, somewhat belatedly�to your request of. March 24th regarding
certain changes you wish to make to your.leased premises in building 377. The
changes involving the installation of a skylight exhaust vent and the
installation of a false front in one of your truck bay doors are approved
provided that the work is performed in accordance with all the local
governmental requirements and that no work is cone before you have a building
permit.from the City of Tukwila. Additionally, we request that the premises
be restored to their original condition upon your leaving the space at the
end of your lease term. Further, when you have campleted the installation
of the improvements as you outlined in your letter please call Sam Holden at
McCann Construction so that he can inspect the work to insure that it has been
done in accordance with worknanlike standards. Should Mr. Holden make any
requests of you regarding changes or alterations in the work, we would expect
that you would comply with those requests when they are made,

'Dear Mr. Brothers:
As per our phone conversation of March 19, 1.981, drawings
are submitted per your request to show changes discussed on
above date.
Sky light exhaust vent have been approved verbally by
asst..Chief of Tukwila Fire Department. No alteration will
be made to smoke vents other than removal and storage of
plastic dome. Sky light exhaust vent will fit into smoke
vent cut out in roof with no damage to skirt surrounding
cut out. Due to our chilling equipment inside building which
creates an awful lot of heat which in turn causes equipment
to.break down due to lack of adquate heat venting system, we
feel this system proposed is beneficial to both parties since
it will not alter the building in and way and will correct
our,problem with minimun amount of cost.
Upon our vacating of premises, smoke vent domes will
be reinstalled and or replaced where such domes are damaged.
