ORDINANCE NO. 202 '‘I
AN ORDINANCE REVISING SECTION 4 OF ORDINANCE NO. 140
OF THE TOWN OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWNpF TUKWILA
WASHINGTON, THAT SECTION 4 OF ORDINANCE NO mt,BE REVIS-
ED TO READ AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 4. The Street Superintendent shall receive as
compensation for his services as such Superintendent the
sum of ONE HUNDRED FORTY AND NO ONE-HUNDREDTHS DOLLARS
140.00) for easth calendar month while employed.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with
this provision of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, signing and posting as required by law.
