Legal Description
That portion of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter and of the
southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 26, Township 23 North,
Range 4 East, Willamette Meridian, King County, Washington, described as
follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of the southeast quarter of
said Section 26;

SUBJECT: Model Home Display Parkway Plaza
After review of your application for a temporary model home display,
the Planning Director has determined that the scope and timing of
this event is acceptable. To finalize approval from this office, we
shall need a more definite site layout diagram illustrating the following:
A) Exact positioning of display home (not to restrict parking
lot aisles or fire lanes).
B) Provisions for demarkation of pedestrian vs. vehicle
spaces in the vicinity of the display home.
C) Landscape plan describing type, quantity, and placement.of
materials adjacent to the display area.
Please prepare this diagram at a minimum format size of 1" 30'; if you
have questions about this matter, please call me at your convenience.

The following is a description of the proposed model home display for
Parkway Plaza:
A. Purpose of the event is to showcase home furnishing from Parkway Plaza stores.
B. Dates and hours of operation as follows:
Move house on site September 18.
Open to public from September 25 to October 11, 1981.
Daily Monday through Friday.
10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Saturdays 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Sundays Noon to 5:00 p.m.
October 12 through November 30:
Open daily Monday through Friday.
Noon through 4:00 p.m.
Saturdays 10:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m.
Sundays Noon through 5:00 p.m.
Entire display will be removed from site'by December 11, 1981.
C. The materials to be displayed will be home furnishings, landscaping and
the model home itself.
D. Provisions will be provided for private night security.
E. The 64' x 25' modular home will be built and installed by Timberland
Homes, 7418 South 212th Kent, Washington 98031
