CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Ekberg (on-site) called the Special Meeting of the Tukwila City Council to order at 8:53 p.m.
directly following the Committee of the Whole meeting.
ROLL CALL
Andy Youn, Deputy City Clerk, called the roll ofthe Council. Present atthe meeting were
