The Revised Code of Washington 18.27.110 prohibits cities and
towns from issuing construction permits without proof of registration.

The result of this restriction is that the building permit for the Kinney
Shoe Store cannot be issued to an out of state contractor.
You may wish to obtain a Contractor License in the State of Washington or

you may wish to turn the project over to a contractor already licensed in
the State of Washington.
Also,information is required regarding the valuation of the construction.
