All improvements installed by the Permittee on the premises shall remain the personal property of Permittee and shall not become or be considered to be fixtures. Permittee shall protect and save harmless Permittor and the owners of the property if other than the Permittor, from and against any and all claims, demand, loss, damage, expense and liability of every kind and description including personal injury, suffered by Permittor or the owner, their heirs, successors and assigns, or by any persons or corporation because of the construction, maintenance and /or lawful use of said bus passenger shelter.
