STrander at 8:00 PM. councilmembers present were STan Minkler A.G. Radford E. Ives R.K. Doyle Jerry Hamilton bowen The minutes of the January meeting were read and approved as read. The current bills were examined and vouchers signed. Mr. Minkler moved that all bills approved by the finance committee be allowed and. warrants drawn up for their respective ariounts. seconded by Hr. Ives and carried. Current Expense John B. Mr. _i_nkler stated that a Civil service exam giv n to dr. Cooper was satisfactory. Mr. lnkler moved that Council accept r. Cooper as eligible, seconded by flr. Aliment and carried. Pr. Council autorized Fr. Downn tn 5rt mere chairs for the Ceurcil chambers. Ir. Drew discussed the levy that will Pc voted on in iPc Day lection. Familton reporting for the license comedttee stated thet two annlications or a business license were to Pc taken under advis.7 The persons in question 3 11 be asked to attend the council meeting of 7 ebruary 1 196d1. Fr. Doyle reported for 'eLro. discussed with council a proposed petition (1 for a new road in the Andover Industrial Park area, this to be filed with the Street Committees. Resolution 162 in regards to changing the Valley Industrial Commission to the Regional Planning Commission was read to Council by Mr. Minkler. After discussion Mr. Doyle moved that Council accept this reoslution seconded by Mr. Ives and carried. Council was recessed to reconvene Monday February 15, 1963.
