The next order of business was the ol;enin of bids for A transformer for
servcing the Lift Station.
Bids received are as follows:

Engineer for further study, ui th a decision by "arc' 4, oG seconded by
Iamilton and carried.
Water district #75 is proposing to annex certain customers of the City of Tukwila.
It was noted that two public hearings will be held in the offices
of the above mentioned water district. Mr. Minkler and Mr. will attend
to establish contact with them and to verify there specifiations this to
be reported on at the meeting of March 4, 1963. Mr. moved that the
water committee City Attorney and City Engineer work on this to further the propose.
Seconded by Mr. Ives and carried.
A quit Claim deed on certain areas of 164th street was turned over to the City
Engineer for further study. The proposed Resolution of 1n'.ent, dhcn:ssed at
length with council and audience. the above mentioned ol_uti on of Tntent will
be presented to council londay 'February 25, 1963 at 7:30pm.
A petition was presented to council by a group of home owners in the Renton Junction
area, this petition was in regard to the state Highway's third proposed plan for
an access road in conjunction with the freeway. Mr. Minkler stated that the City
of tukwila contact the State Highway Department to find out their feelings on this
matter.
A business license for A & B Construction Company and for cooper Chemicals was
taken up for discussion at this time. Mr. dami Iton reporting for License
