The regular meeting of the Tukwila City Council was called to order by the
Mayor, John B. Strander at 8: 00 P.M. Councilmen present were Stan Minkler,
A.G. Radford, R.K. Doyle, E.W. Ives, Jerry A. Hamilton and Bill Aliment.
The minutes of the June 3rd meeting werecread and approved as read.
Mr. Minkler moved that all bills approved by the finance committee be allowed
and warrants drawn for their respective amounts, seconded by Mr. Radford and
carried.
CURRENT EXPENSE FUND warrants is 7705 7723
STREET EXPENSE FUND warrant #'s 6275 6280
WATER EXPXMENE FUND warrant #'s 5878 5886
Sewer EXPENSE FUND warrant #'s 99 105

Mr. Radford from the Street Committee reported on the progress being made
in the reecnt survey of the widening of a certain portion of 58th Avenue S.
Mr. Aliment reported on the recent fires which involves the Milwaukee Road.
a letter will be send to ask their cooperation in keeping these fires at a
minium.
Mr. Zepp gave a brief report on a sewage works school, which was held in
Pullman, Washington.
A letter was received from the South Central School District in conjunction to
being connected to the sewer program
Mr. Hodge dicussed with council LID 7 in regard to w ter_system.
Mr. Hamilton reported on a recent business licens

council accept this request seconded by Err. Aliment and carried.
Er. YJing presented to council a plan for the new Josyln Manufacturing Co.
There being no further business for discussion the meeting was adjourned.
