Chair Hougardy called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
BUSINESS AGENDA
A. Renter Protection Proposals
Committee members discussed a series of renter protection proposals submitted by the
Transit Riders Union (TRU) in April.
Item(s) for follow-up:
• Obtain preliminary City Attorney opinion
• TRU - Provide electronic copy of endorsement letter
• TRU - Provide city comparison chart
Committee Recommendation
Return to Committee.
