CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Ekberg (on-site) called the Special Meeting of the Tukwila City Council to order at 9:13 p.m.
directly following the Committee of the Whole meeting.
ROLL CALL
Andy Youn, Deputy City C|erk, called the roll of the Council. Present at the meeting were
Councilmembers Kathy Hougardy (on-site), De'Sean Quinn (on'ohe). Kate Kruller (on-site), Thomas
McLeod (on-site), Cynthia Delostrinos Johnson (on-site), Tosh Sharp (on-site).
MOVED BY DELOSTRINOS JOHNSON, SECONDED BY KRULLER TO EXCUSE THE ABSENCE OF
COUNC|LK8EK8BER&BD|. MOTION CARRIED 6-0.

(PSRFA) annexation election.
MOVED BY KRULLER, SECONDED BY HOUGARDY TO CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENTS OF
VERNA SEAL, JOVITA MCCONNELL, AND SALLY BLAKE TO THE PRO COMMITTEE FOR THE
PSRFA ANNEXATION PROPOSITION ON THE AUGUST 1, 2023 BALLOTMOTION CARRIED 6-0.
MOVED BY HOUGARDY, SECONDED BY MCLEOD TO CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENTS OF PEGGY
IVES MCCARTHY, DIANE MYERS, AND SHARON MANN TO THE CON COMMITTEE FOR THE
