SUMMARY Staff is requesting authorization for the mayor to execute contracts as necessary, subject
to approval by the City Attorney’s Office, for design and pre-construction work for the
consolidated public works phase 2 project, within a total project budget not to exceed
$5,974,412 (includes contingency funds).
