Chair Hougardy called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
BUSINESS AGENDA
A. Resolution: Suspending Annual Comprehensive Plan Amendments
Staff is seeking approval of a resolution to suspend privately initiated annual Comprehensive
Plan amendments during the 2024 periodic update.
Committee Recommendation
Unanimous approval. Forward to June 12, 2023 Committee of the Whole.
B. Public Participation for Comprehensive Plan
Committee members and staff discussed the public engagement efforts.
