Dear Mr. Ezzeddine.
The Department of Community Development (DCD) has received and reviewed the
Building Inspection Report created by Pacific Northwest Inspection Engineers, Jack A.
Swartz P.E.
# 20433, dated December 7, 2020 and May 21, 2021. He reviewed the unpermitted
remodel and found no current life safety issues. DCD will no longer pursue a Code
Enforcement case for lack of a Development Permit (Building, Electrical, Plumbing and
Gas, Mechanical) for the building with the address of 4004 S 150th St.
