SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tukwila City Council will hold a Special Meeting on
Monday, July 24, 2023 directly following the Committee of the Whole meeting, which starts at
7:00 p.m. at the following telephone number for the public to participate in the meeting:

Support during the meeting call 1-206-433-7155. The meeting will also be conducted on-site
at Tukwila City Hall, 6200 Southcenter Blvd., Tukwila, WA.

a. Approval of Minutes: 7/10/23 (Special Mtg)
b. Approval of Vouchers
c. Authorize the Mayor to sign a contract with Carollo Engineers for the Tukwila
Reservoir Feasibility Study, in the amount of $153,190.00.

d. Authorize the Mayor to accept a grant from the Washington State Department of
Ecology Water Quality Combined Funding Program for the Enhanced Maintenance and
Source Control Plan (EMP) and Decant Facility Design at the combined Public Works
Shops site, in the amount of $462,043.00 (local match $81,537.00).

e. A resolution stating the City's intent to consider designating a residential targeted
area for the purpose of establishing a multi -family property tax exemption program,
