This meeting was conducted both on-site at Tukwila City Hall and virtually via Microsoft Teams.

CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Ekberg (on-site) called the Special Meeting of the Tukwila City Council to order at 9:27 p.m.
directly following the Committee of the Whole meeting.
ROLL CALL
Andy Youn, Deputy City Clerk, called the roll of the CouncU, Present at the meeting were
Counci|membera Kathy Hougardy (on-site), Kate Kruller (on-site), Thomas McLeod (on-site), Cynthia
Delostrinos Johnson (on-site), Mohamed Abdi (on-site), Tosh Sharp (on-site).
MOVED BY KRULLER, SECONDED BY HOUGARDY TO EXCUSE THE ABSENCE OF
COUNCILMEMBER QUINN. MOTJON CARRIED 6-0.

c. A resolution adopting the South King Housing and Homelessness Partners' 2024 Work Plan and
2024 Operating Budget. RESOLUTION NO. 2074.

d. Authorize the Mayor to sign a lease agreement with Dell Financial Services, LLC for the 2023 City
laptop refresh, in an amount not to exceed $125,778.71.
