There was consensus to discuss the roadside barriers as the first item of business.
A. 42nd Avenue South/Allentown Roadside Barrier
Committee members and staff briefly discussed the issue of roadside barriers along the river
in Allentown.

B. Public Works Operations Campus Update
Staff presented the update.

C. Contract: South 149th and South 150th Street Watermain Replacement Project
Staff is seeking approval of a contract with WSP in the amount of $348,335.06 for design and
construction management of the project.
Committee Recommendation
Unanimous approval. Forward to August 21, 2023 Regular Consent Agenda.
Miscellaneous
Councilmember Kruller mentioned speaking to a resident who was grateful for tree maintenance in
the Ryan Hill neighborhood, a resident with drainage issues at South 146th and 42nd Avenue South,
and a resident with unresolved driveway damage in the Ryan Hill neighborhood.
The meeting adjourned at 6:11 p.m.
