AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO 139 OF THE CITY OF
TUKWILA ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA
LICENSING AND REGULATING THE SALE OR OTHER
DISPOSITION OF BEERS ALES PORTER WINES OR SIMILAR
FERMENTED MALT OR VINOUS LIQUOR AND FRUIT JUICE CONTAINING
MORE THAN ONE-HALF OF 1% BY VOLUME OF ALCOHOL AND
NOT MORE THAN 3.2% OF ALCOHOL BY WEIGHT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA
AS FOLLOWS
SeCTION 1. That Ordinance YO. 139 of the Town of Tukwila,
entitled:
"An Ordinance of the Town of Tukwila Washington
licensing and regulating the sale, or other dis-
position, of beers, ales, porter, wines, or similar
fermented malt or vinous liquor and fruit juice con-
taining more than one -half of 1 percent of alcohol
by weight."
be and the same is hereby repealed.
SECTIOly 2. That license payments made be refunded.
PASSED the City Council and approved. by the Mayor this
4th day of April 1949
