AN ORDINANCE VACATING A CERTAIN PORTION OF SOUTH 149TH STREET
IN THE CITY OF TUKWILA
WHEREAS, On March 7,1949 a petition was filed with the Town
Council of the Town of Tukwila for the vacation of a certain
portion of South 149th Street, in the Town of Tukwila; and
WHEREAS, Hearing on said petition was held on April 4,1949,
and no objection was made to the vacation of the above des-
cribed street as prayed for in the petition above recited;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TUKWILA
That that portion of South 149th Street dividing Lot 3,
Interurban Addition to the City of Seattle, in the TJwn of
Tukwila be, and the same is, hereby vacated.
Passed the City Council and approved by the Mayor this 2nd
day of May 1949
