The regular meeting of the Tukwila City Council was called to order by the
Mayor, John B. Strander at 5:00 P.M. Councilmen present were Stan Minkler,
A.G. Radford, E.W. Ives, Richard A. Bowen, Dwight R. Gardner, C.T. Baker
and Robert B. Anderson, also in attendance were Citv attorney A.Wesley Hodge,
Fire Chief Traynor and Field Superintendent Long.
First Order of business was the reading of the minutes of the November 1, 1965
meeting, the minutes were approved as read.
Mr. Long reported on building permits issued in the month of October.

Mr. Hodge presented Ordinance 442 to council at this time, this in regard to
the Tater and Sewer Construction Fund 1963.
Mr. Ives moved that Ordinance 442 be placed on its first reading, seconded by 4
Mr. Bowen and carried. Mr. Bowen moved that Ordinance 442 be placed on its
second reading, seconded by Mr. Gardner and carried. Mr. Baker moved that Ordinance
442 be placed on its third and final reading for adoption seconded by Mr.
Bowen and carried.
Councilman Bowen presented Resolution 185 to council at this time this in regard
to the Statewide Retirement Plan. Mr. Ives moved that council accept this resolution
seconded by Mr. Baker and carried.
Construction report 2 was presented to council this in regard to the Storm Drainage
Project. Mr. Minkler asked Mr. Long for his comments on inspection by the Engineer-
ing Firm in this regard. Whereby Mr. Long stated that the inspection on this
project was very good
There being no further business for discussion the meeting was adjourned.
