AN ORDINANCE GRATING AN EASEMENT ACROSS LOT 27
IN THE INTERURBAN ADDITION TO SEATTLE KING COUNTY IN THE CITY
OF TUKWILA TO HERMAN C. ANDERSON FOR THE
PURPOSE OF LAYING AND MAINTAINING THEREON A WATER PIPELINE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA
AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 1. The Town of kwlia des hereby gran$ to Herman
C. Anderson, living; in Tukwila, an easement six (C) feet in
width across Lot twenty seven (27) it the interurban Addition
to Seattle, Washington, within the Town of Tukwila, said Lot
twenty- seven (27) owned by the Town of Tukwila as a Park, for
the purpose of laying and mal.ntainth thereon a water pipe line.
SECTION 2. The water pipe line above referred to is now laid
upon and across said Lot twenty-- seven(27), and the grantee is
hereby given the perpetual right to maintain such water pipe line,
replace and repair the same, but any such r aintainance, replace
ment or repair shall at all times be done in such a manner as not
to injure or damage any improve tints that may hereafter be placed
upon said Lot twenty-► seven (27)
SECTION 3. The approximate location of said water pipe line
at the northerly margin of sale Lot twenty- seven (27) is a point
fifty (50) feet went of the northeast corner thereof, from which
point said pipe line runs in a sli fitly southwesterly direction
to the southerly boundary of said Lot twenty -seven (27)
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, signin; and posting as provided by law.
PASSED THE TOWN COINCIL and approved by the Mayor this
7th day of March 1949
