AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN PORTION OF SOUTH 152ND STREET
IN THE TOWN OF TUKWILA.
WHEREAS, On February 7,1949, a petition was filed with the Town
Council of the Town of Tukwila for the vacation of a certain
portion of So. 152 nd. street in the Town of Tukwila; and
WHEREAS, Pursuant to action of said Council, due notice of
hearing on said petition was published as required by law; and
WHEREAS Hearing on said petition was held on March 7,1949, and
no objection was made to the vacation of the above described
street as prayed for in the petition above recited;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE: TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF TUKWILA

Lots 8 9 Interurban Addition to the City of Seattle in the
Town of Tukwila be, and the same is, hereby vacated.
