• Went over a brief synopsis of Tukwila pond project.
• Scott had asked for an email of the slides
Scott asked when the next pond meeting would be, advised he would receive an email
regarding that when it is scheduled.
• Update on Raisbeck Property
Advised that there was some difficulty getting the
boundary lot line adjusted with DCD.
• Brought up again the possibility of the parks commission running a community outreach event
for
Tukwila City Hall • 6200' Southcenter Boulevard • Tukwila, WA 9818'8 • 206-433'-1800 • Website: TukwilaWAgov
• Location for in person meeting
• Ernie mentioned he would talk with the golf course for a location
• Talked about the possibility of planning out the meeting agendas for the remainder of the year.
• Did not reach a consensus
New business
• Spoke about the possibility of a new member coming on to the commission.
The persons name was not readily available, advised they would be sworn in on the
following Monday.
• Spoke about the parks commission playing a role in what is happening to Hazelnut/FS. 52,
whether it be demolished or developed, or sold.
• Scott asked if there was a budget item for that or if there was a timeline on this.
