The existing door is about 12'-0" wide and 10'-0" 14'-0". No other changes are planned. intent is to increase the height of the door to I had a few existing drawings to review. The existing building has 5.5" thick tilt -up concrete walls with pilasters that support the wood roof structure. Based on the information I have, it is structurally acceptable to increase the height of the door opening directly above the existing opening. I have attached detail SKS- 1 to show my understanding on the changes that will be made. If you have any questions or need additional information, please give me a call.
