PERMIT CONDITIONS:
l: Work shall be installed in accordance with the approved construction documents, and any changes made
during construction that are not in accordance with the approved construction documents shall be
resubmitted for approval.
2: AUpermits, inspection record card and approved construction documents shall bekept atthe site ofwork
and shall be open to inspection by the Building Inspector until final inspection approvalis granted.

the sanitary sewer connections, and properly fill or otherwise protect all basements, cellars, septic tanks,
